1. Do you integrate with other solutions?
Yes! Kosmas currently communicates with various programs to handle specific needs. These integrations include FieldWire, MailChimp, QuickBooks and Xero just to name a few. Just address your needs with a solution consultant and we’ll help you with adding functions or communicating with the other software provider.
2. Can I host myself?
Yes! While an overwhelming majority of our clients prefer using our Microsoft Azure cloud servers for hosting, you can host Kosmas on a dedicated device at your own facility. We suggest having your own IT staff for local hosting, but can also offer IT services for you.
3. Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, there are no contracts to sign. Your Kosmas subscription is paid upfront annually with no contract. We’re also upfront about affordable pricing for Kosmas at $49 per month per user.
4. Can I pay once?
Yes! Depending on your user count we offer one-time pricing to allow you to buy your solution outright. We’ll include licensing, server setup, initial data import, free updates and support for the first year, and more! Check out our pricing page for more information.
5. I have employees who would only use the solution to punch in and punch out. Do I have to pay for each employee as a user?
You do not pay for employees who only use the solution for time clock punches! DocuWrx has a time clock solution that thousands of workers can use everyday at no additional charge.
6. Can this level of asset management improve my bottom line?
Yes! By scheduling and recording vehicle, equipment, and tool maintenance or repairs, businesses may see that assets last longer. As an asset’s useful life increases, its value to the business increases.
7. Can I send submittals, transmittals, RFIs, and RFQs from within the solution?
Yes! Our solutions make it easy to send these important documents and more with a click of a button. All information is stored and related to jobs for easy access and project management purposes.
8. I have a specific form that must be used for my business. Can your solution do that?
Yes! Our solutions make eForm generation a snap. If you have something unique, we can create it for you! Know that our solutions already offer generation of many standard items such as invoices, orders, dispatch tickets, all-in-one forms, and many more!
9. Can your solutions handle my very unique workflows?
